Renew Your License
Plumbing and electrical licenses are renewed on an annual basis with all licenses expiring on December 31st. Renewal documents are mailed to the home address of each license holder approximately five (5) months prior to the expiration date. In order to renew your plumbing or electrical license, you must fill out the applicable renewal form, provide all required documents and pay the requisite renewal fee. A complete schedule of licensing fees is also available for review.
Documents can be mailed to our office or placed in the secure drop box located in the lobby of 148 Martine Avenue White Plains, NY 10601.
We will mail all license cards, decals and documents to the home address of the license holder by regular mail only.

LATE FEES:
Electrical
Applications received by this office after December 31st will be assessed a late fee and returned to the applicant.
Plumbing
Westchester County law requires that an application for renewal of a Master Plumber or Restricted Master Plumber license shall be made sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of the license. Any applications received by this office after October 31, will be assessed a late fee and returned to the applicant.
Late fees shall not apply to the renewal of a Journey-Level Certificate.
